Training Centers are staffed with Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Experts (MRT-PEs) who support local MRT training and provide performance enhancement training to Soldiers, families and Army civilians.

  • Resilience Skill of the Month (SOTM)- 3rd and 4th Thursday of every month

  • Junior Soldier Resilience Course, 27-28 June 2018
  • Executive Resilience and Performance Course (ERPC), 17 July 2018
  • Resilience Trainer Assistance Course (RTA), 13-17 August 2018
  • Leader Development Course (LDC), 20-24 August 2018
  • Executive Resilience and Performance Course is available in a 4-, 8- or 16-hour course. This course is open to company commanders and first sergeants, and above; their spouses; and Department of the Army civilians in GS12 positions and above; to familiarize them with the same resilience and performance enhancement skills Master Resilience Trainers provide Soldiers, family members and Army civilians.   • ENGAGE, a bystander intervention course, develops knowledge, skill and abilities to become more Aware, Responsible and to have a Plan to handle issues as they are recognize.
  • Not In My Squad (NIMS), a Sergeant Major of the Army program, solicits input about best practices from squad leaders in a brigade.
  • Lightning Academy R2 Course prepares soldiers mentally for the rigors and challenges associated with courses presented at 25ID’s Lightning Academy to include Pre-Ranger, Air Assault, Jungle, and Basic Marksman Leaders Course (BMLC).


  • Provide resilience and performance-enhancement training to Soldiers, families and Army civilians.
  • Deliver executive-level resilience and performance-enhancement training.
  • Provide assistance with Resilience Trainer Assistant (RTA) training courses.
  • Provide assistance with quality assurance and control of unit-level resilience training.
  • Execute Level 1 (8R) Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) courses.
  • Provide tailored resilience and performance-enhancement training to Warrior Transition Unit cadre, Soldiers and their families.
  • Support Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve Command requirements.
  • Conduct learning enhancement education and training.
