Organizational Chart for DPW

Central Vehicle Wash Facility

The Central Vehicle Wash Facility (CVWF) is a high-volume, high-pressure vehicle wash facility. This new facility is located on the west side of Schofield Barracks, at 2175 Lyman Road.

The facility is for vehicle washing and maintenance cleaning, to remove dirt and mud from vehicles so it is not tracked/deposited to other areas around the island. The CVWF is not intended or accessible for tracked vehicles.

Soldiers should watch the following two videos and review the general operating instructions prior to using the CVWF.

Kahuku Training Area Vehicle Wash Facility

The Kahuku Training Area Wash Facility (KTAWF) is a self-help high-pressure vehicle wash facility located on Charlie Road.

The washing of vehicles is mandatory for all vehicles prior to departure from the training area to remove dirt and mud from vehicles so it is not tracked/deposited to other areas around the island.

All users will review the basic operating procedures booklet and the general operating instructions document prior to using the facility.

DPW has a customer handbook available for download on their Intranet (CAC required). It contains all the information you need for working with DPW.

Demand Maintenance Orders

EMERGENCY DEMAND MAINTENANCE ORDERS:
Emergency Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) are submitted when the problem is an emergency such as a widespread power outage or an overflowing toilet. To submit an Emergency Demand Maintenance Order (DMO), call the DMO telephone line at (808) 656-1275 or through customer walk-ins at 947 Wright Ave, Wheeler Army Airfield, Bldg. 104 1st Floor between the hours of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday. For after hour and weekend Emergencies, call the Installation Operations Center (IOC) at (808) 656-3272

NEW NON-EMERGENCY DEMAND MAINTENANCE ORDER EMAIL SITE:
DPW has implemented a new email service for demand maintenance orders (DMOs) that are NOT emergencies. This is the preferred method to submit a non-emergency DMO since it does not tie up phone lines for emergencies and does not require customers to wait for the DMO technician to answer the phone. Open the word document for instructions on submitting an email DMO request for non-emergency DMOs.

Facilities

For facility issues, please contact the facility manager of your area. Not sure who your facility manager is? An assignment listing by installation is on DPW's Intranet (CAC required).
